VISION:

To create micro churches with people living in community, who are equipped to share Jesus’ love with our community and world. We see a multiplying movement of disciple makers grown up in a loving micro church environment, to make God look good.

VALUES:

FAMILY

We value the fact that the church is a family. The word brethren is used over 200 times in the New Testament. There are over 50 “one another” commands in the New Testament. We treat and pursue each other like we are family.

EQUIPPING

We must disciple the next leaders in the pipeline. The job of the pastor, elders, and deacons are to disciple and train up new leaders for the next generation of micro churches.

MISSIONS

We are all missionaries. Paul calls us to be ambassadors for Christ pleading to the world to be reconciled to God. So we intentionally B.L.E.S.S. (Begin with prayer, Listen, Eat, Serve, and Share) others to see them won into the Kingdom of God.

MULTIPLICATION

Without multiplication there will not be revival in the country and the world. God gave us the master plan to be “fruitful and multiply.” Our churches must multiply disciples, leaders, and churches.
